“ A very interesting experience. The services were bar none and the waitress and waiter that served us were absolutely the best. The atmosphere made me feel like i was back in the day very southern traditional. They played very contemporary, early 2000s music which didnt match the room but it was music i liked so no complaints. The food we got took a bit longer than expected but was as good as steak gets. Everything was melt in your mouth and was worth the cost. If you got the money to splurge a little I would recommend you give this place a try! ”

“ My wife and I visited Myrtle Beach for the first time and were looking for a nice steakhouse. We came across this little gem and had to try it out. To start, the service was amazing, Hunt took great care of us and extremely attentive. We started out with a French Onion soup (sorry I didn’t get photo) and it was very good. My main course was rack of lamb, this was hands down one of the best I have had. My wife ordered the prime rib, it had great flavor and tender (could cut with fork). We both had broccoli that was seasoned to perfection. To round the night out, we went with the bananas foster. OMG, it was awesome, with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream. The entire evening could not have been any better. Thank you Hunt and Thoroughbreds for a fabulous evening. ”

“ From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces. Garrett was an excellent waiter. He welcomed us with a "Happy Anniversary" and was happy to guide us through the menus. Our steaks were cooked Perfectly!! It is Extremely difficult to find a restaurant that can find a restaurant that prepares a steak medium rare and doesn't miss the mark in Myrtle Beach but Chef Anthony was successful in the perfect seasoning and temp of our steaks. Garrett was prompt and friendly with service and refills. We even had a moment to chat with one of the managers during our evening. The cheesecake was smooth and creamy. The chocolate cake, rich and decadent. As locals we are always looking for a perfectly cooked steak and more importantly, great service, tonight we found both. Kudos and thank you for making our anniversary dinner special. ”

Our server, Matthew was great! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made our overall experience one to remember. The food was incredible. I had the salmon and my husband had the ribeye. “ My Wife and I had an extraordinary dinner this evening at Thoroughbreds Chophouse in Myrtle Beach, SC. We requested a romantic setting with out reservation, since we are on our honeymoon and they exceeded our expectation! We had blood orange cosmos to drink. We started with Angels on Horseback and the Crab cake (bacon wrapped scallops, the best scallops we have ever had, hands down). Our dinners were the New York Strip and Ribeye steaks and we each added a 8oz. Maine Lobster tail, and grilled asparagus. We got a slice of cheesecake to share for dessert. All of our food was absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. Our waiter Matthew was phenomenal and on point with everything! ”
